Just an email away

We’ve made it even easier to leave feedback and get your whole team involved in our giveaways.

From now on, you’ll no longer need to log-in and send an email to your colleagues. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a unique link to share with your team instead. This allows you to easily customise the message you send with your link, as well as providing you with flexibility on how you share it with your colleagues.

The link itself directs you and your colleagues to your workplace landing page, with all the details you need on how to leave feedback, where to purchase the product and details on any prize giveaway.

Don’t worry if you’ve missed the email on the day of delivery, we’ll send through a couple of reminders throughout the week.

Not only this, but we have taken on-board your recommendations and will be providing unique QR codes for every giveaway we do. This means when you receive your delivery, you’ll have a poster to display in a communal area, with all the information needed on the samples and a QR code to your workplace landing page.

Using your landing page

By either following the feedback link or scanning your QR code, you’ll come through to your workplace landing page. Simply click the ‘START SURVEY’ button to begin feeding back on your experience, following the prompts on screen. It’s as simple as that. 

Loved your sample? Every landing page contains details on where to purchase and directions to your nearest retailer.
